Heritage & History meets Stylish & Modern – Bringing Imagination to Life
We’re proud to have recently completed a unique project for Make Believe Ideas, a leading children’s book publisher dedicated to sparking creativity and inspiring a lifelong love of reading.
The challenge? Transforming a part-listed building into a modern, functional commercial office space that reflects the energy and creativity of the brand.
Designed in-house by Metelec, the project included:
- Incoming electrical supply
- LV distribution to the building, including a further three shops on the high street below
- Access control and Intruder alarms
- Fire alarms
- Cat6a network
- Small power/desk distribution
- Lighting and controls
- Mechanical supplies
- Air source heat pump wiring/connections
It was a transformation that required precision, care, and creativity – much like the books Make Believe Ideas bring to life.
